(We encourage you to bigify the photos to see the detail better!)
This is what the sky looked like on my Wednesday morning drive to work.
I was able to get this rather neat shot of the sun's rays shining through the clouds onto the church.
And this is what the sky looked like on my Wednesday evening drive home.
This one you almost definitely need to bigify...you can see the blurry Moon on the left, but just slightly upper right from the Moon about two inches (screen width) is an itty bitty dot, it may just look like a speck of dust on your screen. That's Jupiter.

I've always enjoyed taking photos of sunsets and sunrises and cloud formations, especially when it's stormy. I'm no pro, and I don't do much in the way of processing after the fact. I just like to capture the pretty colors and the fascinating formations and combinations and share them with others. So I've just started a separate blog to post those photos on, as I don't want the Krew to begin complaining about me co-opting their blog too much.
If you're interested in seeing them, you can find the blog at Texas Wildflower. There's some pretty cool -- if I do say so myself LOL -- photos of storm clouds from last night on there now, and posts hereafter will probably be somewhat irregular. The kitties may let me post announcements here of new posts, we'll see.
Thanks for indulging me today, friends!
Happy Friday to all!
